1. 30-Day Refund Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you are entitled to request a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds will be processed only if requested within the 30-day window.
After 30 days, we will no longer be able to process refund requests.
- You will be immediately refunded the 95% of the cost of your purchase, and you’ll receive the remaining 5%* after 5-7 days. (* transaction fees)
2. How to Request a Refund

In your email, please include:
Your full name
Date of purchase
Email address used during checkout
Reason for the refund (optional, but appreciated)
3. Processing Time
Once your request is received and verified, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be returned using the original method of payment.
4. Exceptions
Refunds are not applicable to users who have already requested a cancellation of their subscription and received confirmation of service completion.
Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests without genuine use of the service) may result in refusal of future purchases.
